 Very So-So... Oct 13, 2009
This CD is a disappointment. While there are 1 or 2 songs we liked, mostly, all the songs are mediocre, at best. Not much of a country sound, many of the songs sound like they have been modified from other artist's songs. After listening to the first few songs, they all seem to sound alike, mostly a little too loud and pop/rock-like. There are only 11 songs on this CD. Also, CD is in a gapingly, open-topped thick paper envelope which falls out on the floor, at will, as there is nothing to keep it inside. So, it needs to be put in a jewel case or other device, to stay safe, which adds to the cost. We would not buy this CD again. Hope Jason Aldean's next album is better!

This is a great album......probably the last before he becomes as famous as Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, and Keith Urban.

Since I bought this CD it has only come out of the car stereo to be installed on the PC so it can be on my iPod as well. When whatever is on the radio is not doing it for me I turn this on. I can play and replay this one. Very clever lyrics, seriously rockin' country, and varies in pace so there is something for many different moods.

What can I say? Jason rocks..his voice and songs are so original and different...My fav's on this one are She's Country of course but Keep the Girl is awesome and Wide Open..who can sing about eggs and bacon and make it sound soo good :)

I'm a fan of Jason Aldean and have his first two CD's, but this sounds like he called it in.
