This is a great acoustic CD! Jan 30, 2010 I discovered Joshua Radin on Pandora radio, acoustic indie music. Now that I have the album, I've listened to it over and over again. Nice jazzy, acoustic sound. I love it!!

More boring than I could imagine Nov 07, 2009 I loved one of the songs he did in a movie I saw so bought the CD. It is one long, boring cd. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Great Buy! Oct 20, 2009 The CD is great - I love Joshua Radin. Great buy! Fast shipping and product just as described.
my favorite Aug 15, 2009 i've had this cd for a couple of years now and i still listen to it constantly. i just keep loving it more and more. i think the very beginning of the very first song sounds kind of odd, but from then on it is beautiful and mellow and i can't get enough of it. i definitely agree that he sounds almost like a modern simon and garfunkel. i adore!
Made me a fan! A great cd Feb 25, 2009 I discovered Joshua Radin by accident. I was having dinner with some friends and the conversation turned to Scrubs and I mentioned that I was always impressed with the musical selections that were featured in the episodes. This led to a conversation about how Zach Braff had a friend that he is always plugging which was Joshua Radin. I informed my host that I had never heard the name and my friend of course runs to the cd player and puts in the We Were Here.
This was a great cd and the music was so honest and seemed to be from the heart. I was very impressed that it was just the singer and his guitar. So many new bands try to over compensate for their lack of experience by over producing the music. This was not the case here, the music was simple and straight forward. My friend gave me her copy of the cd and I have played it non stop and have started to catch myself singing along. There are no standout songs that would by your typical single, instead you get once of the most solid debut albums with great songs from start to finish (the last song Only You by Yaz is hands down my favorite).
I have over a 1000 cds and this one is easily a top 20 in my collection. It is perfect for being by yourself and just enjoying nothing but the music, it really puts you in a happy place.
