 Gavin Rossdale CD Review Oct 09, 2009
I love Gavin's voice so this CD is good for me. Some of the songs are not to my liking, I skip at least three everytime I listen to the CD. Since I only paid a fraction of the price of a new CD I am not dissapointed. If you go into this CD knowing that some of the songs are just out there you won't be disappointed.

Gavin is a not only a great singer, he's a good musician. He writes all his own lyrics and music, which is a lot more than many other Top 40 artists can claim. Future World (#6 on the CD) is an awesome tune. The more I listen to this album, the more I love it. Very glad I clicked "Purchase". I am also looking very forward to whatever music he puts out next.....

I think that we shouldn't be expecting to listen to one of Bush CD's. This is just Gavin. So, having that clear...this is an awesome record.

I bought this CD since I am a big BUSH fan.
This is NOT a BUSH CD. Well-written songs with good lyrics produced by Bob Rock. This CD is very musical and highly entertaining. Gavin's voice is still strong with adequate range and his guitar playing remains excellent. The backing band is more than adequate and provides an appropriate sound-stage for Gavin's singing.
OTOH, I saw Gavin on the Wanderlust tour. The CD may not sound like it, but when done live, Gavin rocks it like BUSH.
Both the CD and live show are highly recommended.

I was very happy with this purchase. The product was reasonably priced and it shipped rather quickly.
