I think those singer have great voices that well Apr 29, 2007 I think those singers have great voices that well, but, that would be nice to put some Alanis songs on it like "You Oughta Know" (Live At The 1996 Grammys), "Hand In My Pocket", "Ironic", "You Learn", "Head Over Feet", "Uninvited", "Thank U", "Joining You", "Unsent", "So Pure", "That I Would Be Good", "That I Would Be Good" (MTV Unplugged), "Princes Familiar" (MTV Unplugged), "King Of Pain" (MTV Unplugged), "You Learn" (MTV Unplugged), "Still", "Mercy", "Hands Clean", "Precious Illusions", "21 Things I Want In A Lover", "So Unsexy", "Surrendering", "Utopia", "Offer", "Sister Blister", "Simple Together", "Everything", "Out Is Through", "Eight Easy Steps", "Excuses", "Hand In My Pocket" (JLP Acoustic), "Perfect" (JLP Acoustic), "You Learn" (JLP Acoustic), "Crazy" (Seal's cover) or "Wunderkind" because Alanis has such a beautiful, good, great, pretty, awesome, nice and lovely voice, She's a great singer, huh!, I thought her voice makes me smile, happy and touches my heart, I'm a huge fan of hers.

Loved It! Feb 21, 2007 Who cares if the music has anything to do with soccer or the World Cup. The music is from artist from all over the WORLD. It's a great CD to just pop in a have playing in the background -- wonderful variety. For anyone who likes a good mix of music -- you are sure to enjoy this 2 disc set. I've given 3 as gifts and everyone LOVES it.
good, but... Jan 09, 2007 I really can't figure out why the album named "the voices from the FIFA World Cup". Many songs in the CD are not related to soccer or FIFA.
Very Disappointed Jul 18, 2006 I'm only giving this album one star because I can't give it zero...
Don't get me wrong; some of the songs are pretty good- and the artists are all good singers. But I'm rating the album on the whole.
This is album is so disappointing for me because... the songs have nothing to do with soccer!!! How can they call this 'official music of the World Cup?' They just put together these previously released songs- and a couple new ones- and the result was this cd. Buy it if you like the artists and the songs. Don't buy it because you wanted soccer-related songs and music.
I hope 2010 will remember previous World Cup albums.

The songs are nice but what has it got to do with soccer Jul 06, 2006 "I am a woman in love and I am talking to you and you know how I feel."
I think this is a dedication to all the soccer widows.
Seriously. It has been a long time since we heard Barbara or Billy. Buy it because you like oldies not because of soccer.
