5Excellent condition! Like new!  Nov 03, 2009
This book arrived still in its shrink wrap. A brand new book for a great price! The shrink wrap was torn in one corner which must have prevented them from selling it as brand new. A great deal for me!!!

I am pleased with my order I placed for the textbook Understanding Pathophysiology. The book was in mint condition and the price was a great deal. I received the book in less then a week from the time I placed my order. I would definitely order from this seller again.

2Confusing Information  May 13, 2009
I've completed half of the text and I truly enjoyed the first few chapters. But, after that, the text got much worse. Some of the chapters are extremely difficult to understand. In one paragraph, the author(s) present information and a few paragraphs later; the same material is opposite from what you just learned. There is a great deal of information crammed into every sentence and the information bounces back and forth with little cohesive flow of organization. Plus, it is short on conceptual knowledge and long on throwing the information at you and hoping some of it will "stick" with the student. If you are an instructor, please do your students a favor and do not use this text.
