 Marriage Therapy Weekend Nov 19, 2009
This is an inspiring movie for all audience-married and unmarried, all races, and all walks of life. Phenomenal direction, exquisite music, and superb acting by each of the cast members make it special.
It is not clear why Janet Jackson seems to get so much attention and credit from the other actors/actresses in the Special Features section. She has not performed any better than the others.
The all-Black characters of high education and gainful employment are encouraging role models in many ways for the Black and other youth who may be finding it hard to realize their own dreams of prosperity.
The characters have their own personal problems that make them human, but they somehow manage to deal with them all in one weekend and make decisions for the future. It is a get-together of not only friendship, old memories, reminiscence, fun, joy, and laughter, but also betrayal, distrust, heartache, tears, recovery and moving on- a very well-done movie of Tyler Perry quality.
What a Wonderful Message Nov 06, 2009
Amazon, I have begun to depend on you for my entertainment. I know I can find most anything I need in your product line. This movie I have watched at least three times since I received it. I can have movie night with the movies I have ordered from you. Tyler Perry is getting to be a more popular actor, writer, director and producer thanks to you and your products. The movie is very moving in telling everyone that in a marriage you have troubles that can be worked out and if they can't be maybe there's something better coming if you have the faith and patience enough to wait.
As long as you have product, Amazon, I will continue to be a customer of yours. Thanks!!!

Seller sent wrong version. They sent the play version and I ordered the movie.

Mistaken purchase Sep 28, 2009
very disappointed. i cannot play this because not multi region but probably my mistake in purchasing. will give to someone as a present who lives in region 1 :)
it is also disappointing as so many of the black american films
don't appear to be released in a format that is playable in Europe
in general, so we loose out.
