If you enjoy these artists and their music, you must add this to your collection. Interesting and most enjoyable to watch them away from the stage and in their own world......
Traveling Wilburys bring back memories Oct 19, 2008
I had put off purchasing the Traveling Wilburys collection CDs because of price and the "unknown" factor. Was the extra cost of the DVD with a two-CD set worth it?
Absolutely.
For those not familiar with the Wilburys, the one-shot supergroup made history with their initial CD back in 1988.
The DVD shows how the group managed to write, edit and record the sessions in a farmhouse, similar to the jam session that Bruce Springsteen used to create the Pete Seeger tribute album.
This is a music lovers dream. Enjoy.

The Traveling Wilburys is truly a hidden gem. Some of the greatest musicians of our time came together to create this masterpiece.
Extra Tracks and a DVD with both volumes Oct 10, 2008
I had the original 2 volumes from this band.But it had 4 extra tracks and the DVD,so i decided to get this as well.That first volume from this band was excellent from start to finish.the 2 extra tracks are ok,they have grown on me a bit.The second cd - Volume 3 was never as good as the first.I think largely due to the fact Roy Orbinson wasnt on it.His contributions on the first were brilliant.There seemed to be a real good atmosphere to the 1st volume,the music is very upbeat and sing along.Its one of my favorite albums of all.

Amazing collection of music at a great price. All the songs you'd want and then some! The addition of the dvd is an added bonus.
