Thou Shall Get Your Money's Worth! Oct 02, 2009 "Thou Shall Prosper" is a must read for anyone. Seriously. If you can read at a high school level, you'll be able absorb the information and the ideals that are in this book. This isn't a book about how to become millionaire (although it is), it's a book about how to become the person you were born to be and to make that pay...earn! Very insightful and though written by a rabbi, you absolutely do NOT need to be jewish to be able to use the fundamentals taught in this book. Get your life started the way it was meant to be today! You'll be glad you did.
A worthy read Sep 14, 2009 As a money manager, I found this book very interesting. Though it is a bit wordy, I like the Rabbi's matter of fact writing style. We forget the Bible has much to say about money and in America the pursuit of it seems to be many people's God. This book helps put thiongs in perspective.
THOU SHALL PROSPER Sep 12, 2009 Great book to learning the business insights orally taught generation to generation from the ancients. It is packed with principles or "commandments" that will not only improve business, but life as a whole. Incredible insight: wisdom and wealth go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

The Machiavellian Approach to Wealth Jul 09, 2009 Rabbi Daniel Lapin has pragmatically compiled an excellent package of information designed to help the reader attain greater wealth and happiness; this in turn, stimulates the economy, without the necessity for any fiscally irresponsible help from the government.
The key, really, is developing a keen awareness of the techniques in "Networking 101". If you can ace this "course", your chances of smelling like roses for the long haul are very good. Again, by following the Rabbi's advice, you will be a more productive individual; and productivity is what drives economic growth.
The only caveat: Beware the pitfalls associated with using what I'd refer to as the "Machiavellian" approach to wealth accumulation (refer to Michael Franzese's book---I'll Make You an Offer You Can't Refuse: Insider Business Tips from a Former Mob Boss (NelsonFree)). Some may be inclined to interpret Rabbi Lapin's advice as promulgating "the end justifies the means" philosophy. That may work for some, but in the long run, honesty & integrity should never be dialed out of the equation.
In the final analysis, the decision is up to the individual. This book will certainly help anyone enhance their wealth creation strategies.
However, I'd add an "11th Commandment"---Thou Shalt Always Do the Right Thing.

Arrival time = Never Jun 17, 2009 I ordered this book from them mid May and come mid June the book still never arrived. I was reimbursed my money but was not given an explanation of where the book was, why it hadn't been shipped in over a month, or when I could expect it. Will not do business with them again regardless of the returned funds.
