 DONT DO THE COACHING Oct 14, 2009
The book was great and I thought that it would be good to do the coaching. After an emotional hard sell. I was having some bells and whistles go off, but I thought, roll with it... Like jack says. On the phone I was told that these were jacks personal coaches. Come to find out, the same company does Robert Kiyosaki's "personal coaching". I googled all of my coaches and they had no street cred whatsoever.
It was incredibly disappointing and a waste of time. Not to mention, I felt like a sucker for not trusting my gut and calling them on the carpet throughout the whole process.
Buyer beware. If it sounds too good, it is!!!

Book appears to be a good book with good information, however I am still in the process of reading it therefore my review is inconclusive at this time.

Wow, is all I can say. Jack Canfield covers every aspect of self help in this one. His plain speaking style and direct no nonsense advice is the best I have read. I was first saw Canfield in the movie "The Secret". He came across as believable and genuine, so I decided to pursue his other stuff. This is my first book that I have gotten from Canfield and am glad I did. I highly recommend "The Secret" as well.

I was introduced to the work of Jack Canfield long after Chicken Soup for the Soul came on the scene. In fact, I was in rather a bit of resistance to Canfield's work because I thought it would be all about warm fuzzies. Not true! This book has some of the most practical advice of really making effective change in life, and not just for adults, but for young people as well. Jack Canfield uses his experiences asan educator, a psychologist and a someone who was mentored by W. Clement Stone to create a book that is phenomenal! I have bought this book as gifts for my son, my bosses, and I would go as far as to say if this book was required reading in school, we would definitely have increased self-esteem, creativity and drive coming out of our schools and into the workfroce. I cannot recommend this book enough. Also, consider getting the Audio Recording as well. You will listen to it over and over again!

If you have read The Secret, this book takes you further into the real world by taking you from fantasy to reality. It gives you a step by step process to acheive your goals. I highly reccomend it.
