Deepak Chopra does it again. This is a very good kit, with a CD and a flip chart to follow the Affirmations daily.
anothe Deepak CHopra winner is the The Soul of Healing Meditiation. This is the very best that I have found. It is much more than a Meditiation CD I highly recommend it also. Deepak Chopra is the Best

I really enjoy listen to this CD by Deepak Chopra, i find the music really uplifting and spiritual in a way his voice has a firm but soft feel to it. I have it playing throughout the house during the day, I think it helps with creating a peaceful mood within our home. Each time I listen to what Deepak is saying I hear something that I didn't hear before, it's as if when Im ready to work on that part of my life I hear the message.

Deepak Chopra is always wonderful, but I especially like the simplicity of the profound message in these affirmations

Deepak as always delivers deep wisdom in an easily assimilable form. I like all the recordings but think they are too short or perhaps there could be more music in between - as the affirmations jump from one to another subject every three minutes.
