The Boy Who Never...a fan's appreciation Oct 19, 2009 "The Boy Who Never" Album has very enjoyable music and lyrics that speak deeply to me and resonate joyously in my soul. There's a special magic for me to it because of its wide emotional range and breadth of evocative power. As a LP fan I frequently listen to it and his other albums with great relish and pleasure. I really enjoy Landon's voice and vocal technique in "The Boy Who Never". His musical arrangements are pretty captivating and his poetic lyrics are most engaging. They keep singing in my mind, heart and soul during the day, at bedtime and even in my dreams. I'm glad and thankful that he made this wonderful music out of his extra-ordinary giftedness. The world is a better place because of it, since his music and its themes have a real spirituality and motivating perspective to enrich the Human Spirit. We must be kindred spirits, of sorts, I guess. I'd recommend folks give it a try and stick with it to allow it to break through with the gift of a new, deeper and higher consciousness of metaphysical values since it searches the "Great Truths" which advance the understanding of the meaning of life. "The Boy Who Never" has so much "heart" it is a living Joy. WOW!!! Excellent work, Landon! Blessed are You...Thank You!!!
five (5) stars!

Awesome! Oct 08, 2009 This is a great album with amazing songs. Landon Pigg is the Nick Drake of our times: Highly underrated, writes all of his own stuff, and his music is timeless.
This is a more mature and melancoly album than LP, but it's so much better!!!

So beautiful! Sep 30, 2009 I've anticipated Landon's follow-up album for quite some time. This album easily surpassed all of my expectations. Landon took his time to write sweet, thoughtful lyrics and accompany them with some of the most beautiful piano/cello/string arrangements that I have ever heard. The songs are beautiful, touching, and sweet - it is a very relaxing album and a pleasure to listen to over and over again. Great job, Landon! Favorites include "Look So Tired," "Blue Skies," "A Ghost," and the newly-arranged "Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop."

p.s. Everyone who is writing low-starred reviews and complaining about the "high" song prices -- give me a break, please. MP3s have been priced at 1.29 for months now - where have you been? Buy the physical album for $8.99 and save a few dollars. CDs > MP3s, anyway.

Over Priced Songs Sep 29, 2009 I would have purchased two or three of these songs if they were 0.99 cents but I'd never pay $1.29 for any song much less for these pleasant but mediocre efforts.
