The Big Bang Theory (Season 1 & 2) Mar 17, 2010 I highly recommmend this purchase. This is one of funniest sitcom I have seen in a very long time. Great for collection too. This is something you can see again and again every few weeks.
The Big Bang Theory Mar 09, 2010 If you are in need of a good laugh, this is the series for you. Enjoyable for watching over and over and sharing with friends.
Big Bang Rocks! Feb 28, 2010 Our whole family loves BigBang! Anyone who is new to the series needs to order these so they can learn the "history" of the show! We watch them as "reference" too. If something in the newer shows doesn't give enough history, we go back and re-watch the past shows. What a wonderful, intelligent and hysterically funny show! Great for all ages except the very young.
Gotta love Sheldon! Feb 18, 2010 We love this show, and love sitting down as a family to watch the first two seasons!
Another A+ from the desk of Chuck Lorre Feb 15, 2010 These days, television has been infested with a horrifying pandemic known as "reality" TV. I was beginning to think that the life-escaping, classic (non-animated)sitcom we all grew up watching was soon to become extinct. Thanks to the brilliant minds of Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, the heart of the classic American sitcom is still beating strong. With each episode, it becomes more evident that this is one of those rare, magical casts that will live on long after the show has ended, which I am hoping is not any time soon. While I have been a fan of Johnny Galecki since he portrayed the most endearing 'Rusty' in the "Vacation" series and 'David' in "Rosanne", and I was fond of Kaley Cuoco in "8 Simple Rules"; I would like to sincerely thank whoever was responsible for casting Jim Parsons as Sheldon. Jim Parsons is absolutely, positively brilliant in every episode. It requires not only great writers, but also an extraordinary actor to bring to life such a complex character and have him capture the heart of so many viewers. If not for this magical combination, Sheldon could have easily become as irritating as Steve Urkel instead of the ultimately lovable and charming character he has become. Jim Parsons is one of those truly gifted talents that has been waiting in the wings as an understudy for too long, the epitome of the American Dream.
The Big Bang Theory is one of the funniest, best written, and best performed sitcoms in recent years. If you haven't watched this show, you should.
