 Amazing album Jun 09, 2008
I have been an Anti-Flag fan for quite some time but never got around to buying this album. Why? I have no idea. But WOW I was missing out. This album is probably one of there best. The lyrics make you want to call all your friends and revolt against everything you dislike in this world. This is a 5 star cd right from track 1 to the very last second. Great guitar riffs, the bass lines in this album are amazing and what can I say about the drums....perfect. If you love Anti-Flag then you have to buy this cd. Even if your just getting into "anti-government" punk rock this is a must have album.

ok does justin sane sound insane or what.To all the people that dislike this album your crazy.They sound so PUMPED UP!!! JUST F*CKING LISTEN TO JUSTIN SANE SCREAMING HIS HEAD OFF.It sounds like anti-flag had alot of anger bottled up inside.All the songs have energey except a few ''Rank-file'' ''one people one struggle'' AND i beleve thats it.This album is better theN ''FOR BLOOD AND EMPIRE'' WHICH IS STILL A GREAT ALBUM ALSO.i love the song TEARING DOWN THE BORDERS!!! its so in your face punk.And I love there hit song ''F*CK THE FLAG AND F*CK YOU''.

just because its catchy people accuse it of being conformist pop punk. if this still isnt punk enought for you, listen to their older stuff. i've seen them live and met them, and like the previous reviewer said, you see what they're really about when they're live. its not just for rebellious little kids. i'm not a kid i just dont want to sign up, i never actually buy stuff from amazon. they had to change the original cover of this album.

Anti-Flag is good at what they do. There are "punks" on here saying well go listen to real punk rock like black flag and minor threat. I agree that those bands are punk rock, but they are on the more hardcore side of the genre. Anti-Flag is not trying to be hardcore, and thats why it's stupid when poeple put them down for not being real punk rock. Well guess what, there is no absolute punk rock, it's a big genre with many sub-divisions. Not everyone likes hardcore, and some like political music because it echoe's thier thoughts, so just leave them alone. As for little kids listening to this to piss thier parents off, oh well, they will learn and change, and like many here, write reviews bashing on people who aren't punk enough for thier elitists standards. I don't think Anti-flag cares much if they are punk rock or not, they have a message. as for them signing on to RCA, i'll admit that goes against thier anti-corporation ideals. But its hard for anybody to stick to everything without making mistakes, we are only human, and so is Anti-Flag. If you expect perfection, specially out of punks, youre in for a wake up call. Quit setting them to your perfect standards and just be human. You all point at thier wrongs but fail to see everything they have done, that sets them apart from most punk bands that end in failure. To drive the point in as Minor Threat, a "real" punk band said, "What [...]have you done?"
p.s- This is a good album by anti-flag, and every punk should at some stage listen to them.
