Worth buying Aug 22, 2010
Doesn't have the magic of the first album, but has a few funny tracks worth listening to.

This is a great sound track that anyone who liked the movie will enjoy listening to. It has all the tracks played in the movie, plus a few fun extras. The sound quality is very good. The music is great, and the lyrics are hilarious. The parental advisory warning does not lie. There is just as much horrific language on the soundtrack as there is in the movie. But I do mind mind the language that much, I feel it adds to the quirkiness of the lyrics. So, if you enjoyed the movie, you will love he soundtrack. It has all the fun of The Pick of Destiny to go.

I love Jack Black but the language is terrible on this CD. It was distracting from the music.

Tenacious D is acoustic rock and roll, heavy metal comedy. This CD soundtrack plays so fast that I just listen to it over and over. A must buy. If you didn't see the movie, "Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny" then get that too.

I bought this record along with the other Tenacious D album on the same day, but this one I never recieved... so I really can't comment until I got it again... Til then, bad review!
