Firehouse FANatic Jul 04, 2009 I was lucky enough to see Firehouse a couple of years ago in a surprisingly small venue. They played with Cinderella, Ratt, and Quiet Riot (loved THAT concert!). I was really happy to see the band up close and hear some of my favorite songs. I must've smiled from ear to ear through their whole show. What a dynamite band with songs I can (and do) play over and over. Love you guys... Keep making your real fans happy by keeping the sounds alive. All my best to FIREHOUSE!

super hits? more like super let down... Jun 01, 2006 this album is really not that great in my opinion. the only way it gets two stars is because baby dont treat me bad is kinda catchy at first, but if you listen to it more than five times you are ready to lose your lunch. i wouldnt recommend it.

Super Hits?...Where's the Greatest Hits or Best Of? Aug 14, 2004 Ive never been a fan of the Super Hits series, because of the usual 10 song set they have. And they still dont get the 10 best songs."Sleeping With You" from the Hold Your Fire album should have been included at least. But Firehouse only had a handful of huge hits to put on this cd.They became big at the end of the hair band rock era, which in the end didnt allow them to really put out more hits of their genre. But overall this is the best you are gonna get from them for now.

Only Ten Songs? Jan 20, 2003 I don't know who's idea it was to make a 'Super Hits' CD for Firehouse and only include ten songs...While the songs on this collection are very good and it contains some of their biggest hits, it is missing more songs than I care to mention here. I believe if you are going to do a 'Greatest Hits' type of CD, then do it right... There was little to no effort shown here. I guess if you are a real Firehouse fan, you will have all of these songs already so it's no big loss. If you are interested in Firehouse, but don't have their CD's, then I guess give this a shot. It could have been A LOT better, but newbies will not notice.

By no means a complete hits collection... Jan 20, 2002 ...yet a lot of good material IS on Firehouse's 'Superhits' cd. Firehouse was one of the new wave pop metal bands in the 90s along with Steelheart, Giant, Xyz and Tora Tora before the awful grunge took hold of the mainstream. Keep in mind that this is by no means a complete hits collection in any shape or form but I still recommend it to just about anyone. For the price, you cannot beat this cd; there is so much good music on it. If you have no idea who Firehouse is and are a fan of good, fun, talented pop metal, Firehouse's 'Superhits' is a great place to start. I recommend that you buy this disc first and, if you like it (which you most certainly will) buy 'Hold Your Fire' or their self-titled debut and you will be happy. Thankfully, Firehouse is still around creating music to this day. Their last album (...), but I don't want to get into that. Just buy their 'Superhits' and everything will be alright. Cherrio.
