Incubus makes it worthwhile Aug 23, 2009 The songs bu Incubus is the reason to buy this album. Sure, there are more decent songs here, so the rest is not a waste of time ...
One Buried Treasure Dec 29, 2007 As I was watching this movie, viewing the closing credits, the song "Neither of Us Can See" played. I wasn't paying too much attention to the movie (I think it was good), but I was suddenly blown away by this music. I thought it was The Pretenders. The song is a duet with Chrisy Hynde singing one part, a Pretenders style guitar solo in the middle part and a very cool arrangement (notice the piano). I made a wish for this CD. My kids gave to me for Christmas.
This one song is a hidden gem. I never heard it on the radio, which stinks, because people should hear it. It has great structure. Interesting lyrics, too, when you dissect it. A duet, beginning with "I am one big chemical reaction.." (separateness); ending with "We are..." (unity/love). Cold hard beginning, evolving into something more. Beautiful music that probably took a lot effort and artistry to produce, only to be buried in a movie's credits!
Could have been one of the best song's the Prentenders ever made...but they didn't do it; Incubus did.
The rest of the album is good. A little bit macho - but that's to be expected based on the movie's subject matter.

Great incubus tracks and....well....nothing else really May 08, 2006 For starters, I have not seen the stealth film or have any intentions to. I bought this product soley on the premise of three new incubus tracks, (being a die hard rabid fan and all), so I cant say weather or not the tracks here form a good corrilation between the music and movie. Anyways onto the music....
Incubus, freash off their tour in support of their most recent album A Crow Left of the Murder, entered the studio for a brief time and cut some tracks which where intened to be released for the soundtrack to a major motion picture. Well here they are, and I must say these are some nice little additions to the incubus cataloge. Make a move is a standerd rocker with a sound that evokes the spirit of rage against the machine and has one of the better bridges of most of their newer material, also the single ( a good choice at that, sounds right at home on any modern rock station). The next track is a mellow kind of breezy " Admiration" which I feel is the crowning jewl of this collection. Vary infectious and emotional and I hope to god they have more material like this on their new album slated to be relased later this year. This track makes the entire collection worthwhile for incubus fans. The next and final incubus cut " neither of us can see" marks the first and hopfully last collabritive effort the band has ever pressed to cd. Nice little different tune I guess, but kind of bland. Not much to make me want to go back to it.
As for the rest of the disk, it contains some decent tracks from institue and the first glimps of the decent band The Fray who recently blew up huge. It also contains another previously released track by incubus from morning view called "Aqueous transmission" which is a stellar song and worth owning on more then one cd.
Other then that the disk has little to offer aside from a few cheesy post grunge and tecno/pop songs. I couldent give this my full recomendation, but i suggest at least finding these new incubus tracks by whatever means and giving them a spin. I just see this as a mini incubus e.p to serve as foreplay for the next opus they release. All respect due to fans of the film of course. Good day.

Too much Incubus Jan 22, 2006 I'm not much of an Incubus fan at all, nor am I a fan of any soundtrack that has three consecutive songs by one artist on it since this seems to disrupt the orderliness of the track lineup. This CD is also primarily poor in its selection of music, because nearly every song on here is bland and gets old in the blink of an eye. The only gems on this compilation are Kasabian's "LSF", and Incubus's exciting "Make A Move": thus far the only piece I like by the band. "Make A Move" contains a nifty blend of soul-shaking noisy guitars, dangerously addicting chord progressions, and relatively good lyrics that are at times passionately shouted by the singer. "LSF" (Lost Souls Forever) by Kasabian has neat electronic noises accompanying a good bass background and occasional violin for an overall majestic-sounding tune with especially catchy lyrics. This is a good opportunity to get this awesome song onto an I-Pod without the internet since the Kasabian album has that dratted copyright protection or whatever. Aside from these two songs, however, there are no other memorable tracks. Many of the featured tunes have dull progressions or themes for music that have been horribly overused throughout the history of rock, such as the track "Dance to the Music". Lame lyrics can also be found in abundance in David Bowie and BT's "She Can Do That", and the other included Incubus melodies are far from the powerful rock vibes evident in "Make A Move". Conclusively, the Stealth Soundtrack pretty much has an uninteresting selection of tunes and I would absolutely not recommend it unless you want the two aforementioned good tracks from it.
