shibby Nov 18, 2009 this is one of my favorite cds from BFS so far. It keeps up with their hilarity and great sound. listening to this cd is almost as good as seeing them live. ive seen them live before so this is saying a lot. everyone should own this cd and if you dont u need to go out now and buy it!!!
Not sorry for partyin Nov 13, 2009 I have been a huge Bowling for Soup fan for 10 years now and I must say that I am absolutly blown away by this record. It has everything that a fan of this band wants. It has the absolutly hilarious songs that make this band so loveable and it has the serious songs that they have become very good at writing. I love this album so much! it is one of the best i have heard all year! If you love fun, you will love this album. Sorry for partying will make you do the opposite, you will be partying long into the night and not being sorry about it one bit!
Best CD Yet! Nov 12, 2009 Sorry For Partyin
Bowling For Soup, for their 10th CD, are nothing but COMPLETELY AMAZING!!! I must admit that I was nervous for the release of this CD, I mean, how many bands are still great after 10 CD's? But Bowling for Soup is invincible, clever, talented beyond belief and have yet to disappoint me. Run fast and grab this CD, every song is fantastic and funny and witty. Jaret and the rest of BFS hasn't even hit their peak yet! So far my favorite song on this CD is Hooray For Beer, and every time I listen to each track I find new appreciation for the depth that is THIS band! I have seen them live twice and there is no party like a Bowling For Soup Party!
15 years old and still kicking ass Nov 11, 2009 Bowling for Soup's tenth album demonstrates an evolution of the band. The sound quality and music composition certainly shows a maturity that has known to ruin some bands for fans. But in BFS's case, it only adds more fans to their already huge fanbase. With feelgood and comic lyrics and upbeat tunes, after fifteen years, the band still delivers what it always has: a spankin' good time.
They party with everyone on this CD Nov 10, 2009 This is their 10th album and as far as I am concerned their best complete work to date. Their music spans generations and that is what makes them great. There is a song for everyone ranging from a song about crazy stuff you did with your best friend growing up to not wishing an ex was dead but still not wanting them around. For all of the 1985 lovers out there check out Only Young, it will speak to you just like it did to me!
