Very helpful and as its title Jan 17, 2010 I found the book exactly as I expected and included things I did not expect. Someone that has not dealt in real estate anymore then a home buyer and wishes to begin investing; this is a very good start. It describes the 'language ' of real estate investing, giving you something to relate to when reading ads and learning the how to approach what you want to do. You must crawl before walking and I think if someone was ambitious and serious about this type of investment; they would appreciate the information and insights. A really good introduction to real estate investing or just finding a good deal.
Short Sales Made Simple Nov 29, 2009 I absolutely love this book for the beginners crowd. I give the author credit for spelling out easy to follow steps. There are just too many so called gurus who talk a big game but don't deliver. Im here to tell you, this book delivers great information.
