Great Album Nov 05, 2009 I love this album. I purchased three of Theory's albums at once, and this one is by far my favorite.
Carved Up and scattered Oct 09, 2009 When TOAD first came out they had a very distinct blues oriented sound which made them listenable and original. "Gasoline", their second effort, re-fortified the essence of the band and gave them pop status. Whether this is what they wanted I am not for sure. Now we have "Scars and Souvenirs" which I was really anxious to hear. What a let down. They have abandoned their trade mark blues tainted grunge for pop insensitivity. There are two songs that sound original, Little Smirk and End of the Summer, and the rest.....oh my. The only thing I can think of is that the record reps must have squeezed their tater tots until they cried uncle. Lets hope their next effort gets back to basics. And, stop trying to sound like other bands too!
It was a decent soundtrack Oct 01, 2009 Theory of a Deadman is a pretty reputable artist, and they supposedly sound like Nickelback, but I guess they can sometimes. Anyway, they have a good guitar and drummer, and the lyrics are the good reason people are interested in this artist. Some of the best songs are the ones that express the most story, and the singles always on the radio, like "Bad Girlfriend", "So Happy", and "Hate my Life". Although, there are still good songs there. However, the whole album is not worthwhile, but it is worth a listen, and when I say that, it's that some people will wanna by it and other peoples wont, because the whole album is not worthy, and that's why I'm giving it four stars. The voice has changed, but overall, their lyrics are still good in the old and new.

Awesome CD Sep 22, 2009 Every song on this CD is very very good. These guys are so talented. I'm sure many more of these songs will be on the radio. Cd shipped fast and in excellant condition!
Fantastic CD Sep 16, 2009 I only recently became a T.O.A.D. fan after hearing the song "Bad Girlfriend" on the radio. I picked up this CD when I realized that I enjoyed many of their other songs, and this record certainly doesn't disappoint. I love all the songs on this disc and would argue the case that they could all be hit singles. If you enjoy T.O.A.D., this is a must-buy.
