Continuing Improvement Feb 19, 2009 I'm an older guy (approaching 50) and I saw these guys at a concert that I had gone to to see another band and they were incredible. They drew me in and I have become a huge fan. I have all of the CDs by LOG and, to me, they show they really are true musicians by the fact that they continue to improve from album to album (or whatever they call them these days). The killer guitar riffs that just keep spilling out of these guys and Chris Adler's drumming is amazing. In my opinion this effort is every bit as good as the last, if not better. You should definitely get it if you're a metalhead like me.
perfect Feb 12, 2009 thank you so much for your speedy delivery and well described item. GREAT SELLER!

Worst vocals ever recorded... Feb 09, 2009 Music is decent but the vocals make me want to kill myself.
Unless that's the idea.
True Metal !! Jan 29, 2009 With all the 'New" metal and that sort of garbage coming out these days it's nice to see a band that can hang with the likes of some of the best old school bands. I grew up with the likes of Slayer, Iron Maiden, Testament, Megadeth, Metallica and Exodus. Lamb of God is the best american Metal band to come out in a long time. Their music is heavy, written with a purpose in mind and the riffs are catchy . Randy can grunt and howl with the best of them. Thank God that someone brought back guitar solos to metal.(Anyone know what happened with those over the last few years?)I own all the Lamb of God albums and I gotta tell ya, Scrament is a nice bold turn. This album pounds you till the very end. If you want real hard American Metal and you know anything about RealMetal, this album is for you.
It was an interesting change of pace for the band..... Dec 26, 2008 Compared to New American gospel or Ashes of the Wake, this cd is more melodic riff wise. The power chords are very evident and very heavy. The vocalist takes more of a thrash metal approach to his vocals on this album. The song Redneck very much reminds me of Pantera. I like this album. Lamb of God altered their formula without getting soft or selling out and managed to make one heck of an album! I recommend this. I would get Ashes of the wake or New American gospel first though. -Dre
