Renegades Nov 22, 2009 Renegades being RATM's 2000 release and is their first covers album is a mix of many musical styles and can be said to include rap metal, funk metal, alternative metal and alternative rock. Here we get covers of such arttists such as Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Minor Threat, Eric B. & Rakim, EPMD, MC5, the Rolling Stones, Cypress Hill, and Devo. The album was met with positive reviews by the critics and Allmusic and Rolling Stone both gave it 4/5. The booklet contains no lyrics which is not all that unusual when it comes to an album filled with cover songs. The booklet does contain various pictures with small messages that do not make much sense. The booklet does not have a list of whom plays what either which is a shame. 4/5.

Before you buy this version... Apr 17, 2004 ...Note that the 'bonus tracks' arent Australia only. 'Maggies Farm' and 'How I Could Just Kill a Man' are also on the U.S. version(they just arent listed as tracks). Since this one is alot more dough than the U.S. version, and they are basically the same, you would want that version instead.

Excellence in Diversity Mar 02, 2002 Rage show their ability in all genres. Each track is entirely different to the one before. This diversity in the tracks mean you wont get fed up with it at all. Hot Tracks - Maggies Farm; Renegades of Funk
