The only Nelson album you need. Oct 10, 2009 Country sucks except for some Johnny Cash's American albums and this album. This is a must have, very well done and shows that Willie Nelson didn't always make crappy music.
Red Headed Stranger Jul 14, 2009 I tried to find this cd for my husband for Father's Day. I looked everywhere. Should have come straight to Amazon. Found it here right away at a reasonable price. Item was shipped as promised and arrived in plenty of time. My husband is really enjoying it.
One of the best albums from the 1970s. May 01, 2009 Even a city slicker like myself can't resist the beauty and passion of Willie Nelson's "Red Headed Stranger" I was a teenager when this album was released. I was listening to Miles Davis, Led Zeppelin and mostly what was happening in the rock world. I may be blessed with a musically open mind because this album spoke volumes to me. It's stripped down heartfelt story telling made me fall in love with Wille.
Willie Nelson Red Headed Stranger Apr 03, 2009 I have always enjoyed Willies' work but this is the best. Real vintage Willie and the finger picking guiter is superb
A great buy Jan 11, 2009 I'm not much into country but my husband wanted it. I listened to it with him and I found the words very mellow, catchy, and fine in my book. Some of the songs are short... even as short as a few seconds! You don't notice because some of the songs are continuations of the previous songs. It's a kool cd.
