Not just a diet book Sep 29, 2009 I am not sure what my goal was when I purchased this book, but as I read it, it became apparent that it was so much more than another cleansing diet as it jogged my feelings concering how I feel about food. What my individual responsibility is in choosing what I eat. And as I read the book I realized how mindless and clueless we all are about what we are eating, and no wonder we are sick. I do know that I can't look at a piece of pork the way I used to.
I also feel now that it is not only a good thing to buy organic, but it is my responsibility so that we can show the food industry what we really want.
What has all this got to do with a Quantum Wellness Cleanse, read it and find out.

Great book on healthy lifestyle Sep 23, 2009 This book does a great job of providing practical guidance on healthy life style. It focuses a lot on healthy eating. Everyone wants to be happy and being health is one part of it. This book suggests eating healthy, taking proper sleep and all this makes you feel more energetic. But being happy needs a balance in lot of things. On balanced lifestyle i came across a book Mylife Framework: A Model For A Successful Life Based On The Yoga Principles. Check it out.

Very do-able cleanse Sep 08, 2009 This book takes a common sense approach to healthy cruelty-free eating. It also addresses a lot of the weak points in the diets of many Americans such as alcohol, caffeine, sugar, meat and dairy etc. If you can give up these things for 21 days you may just be able to give them up forever. The menus at the end are very sensible and do not include any extremes in calorie restrictions. The only thing that didn't "click" with me were the meditation exercises but you can substitute your own way of meditating. I would recommend this book to people new to cleanses or to someone considering going vegan.

Probably good but I did not stick with it. Sep 08, 2009 You have to give up a lot at one time. I am going to go over it and maybe give it another try. The author says you can do it to the extent that you can and maybe add more as you go. I may be able to do it that way, but until I give it a full try, I can't say much. If you want good health and are good at sticking to plans...then go for it.
wellness is the key Sep 03, 2009 Ok...I have not officially started this cleanse. But plan to in October... too many commitments and distractions in September that would get in the way.
The book is easy to read and answers most every question I could have thought of while reading it.
I will be re-reading it while going through my cleanse :)
The cleanse is certainly a "do-able", though I won't be giving up my morning cup of coffee!
