Music To Feel *Club* Ready! Oct 10, 2009
Britney Spears may be many things to many people but it's obvious the talk is non-stop, the tabloids go *wild* and the frenzy out of control madness just piles up. Why? This single will give the answer in techno electronica fashion! This is the Britney filled with pizzaz, wild streaks and much fantasia elements to even the most "prudish". Britney knows how to sing when it comes to up-tempo for sure. This single will give a piece of her! "Shameless? Overweight? Ohh, too thin?... crazy?.." Let the music take the moods of funk to the skies up high with fire crackers and more!
The first track "Piece of Me" (Album Version) [3:32) has such a highly charged dance up-tempo style it can confuse for a mix or remix. This is music with innovative technology, vocoder, dance beats and a Britney in full gear to get the party started. The vocals are great with fierce attitudes at times and softer in others. The music melody is highly energetic and the mesh of the vocals and song make this a stand-out for decades!
The second track, "Piece of Me" (Boz O Lo Remix) [3:51] brings more club ambiance, extra sounds like bass-lines, background sighs, claps, thumps, elevating trance, and plenty of techno club styles. The singing is preserved along the pulsating electronica thus reinforcing the desire to want to hear more. It's infectious, dance-infused, and definitely explosively fun!
Enjoy a single for all occasions! For the club moods, to clean the room, to hang-out, or just to kick back and take pleasure in. This is from Britney's totally dance techno electronica infused smash of an album titled, "Blackout. Get to feel the moods for Gimme More, feel the funk and go for the challenge that perhaps you were scared of doing. Take the initiative, dare to try? This is music to get juices flowing for great things for sure!

First there was Gimme More and now Spears unleashes her second single off her brilliant new album Blackout. Piece of Me is not only a catchy retro pop smash, but it is so good Spears should have used to kick-start her comeback instead of More. She's been the American dream since she was 17/No matter if she steps on the scene or sneaks away to the Phillippines/They still gon' take pictures of her deveirre in the magazine/ Piece of Me is a worthy second single that should have been her VMA opener. Hey, maybe these lyrics would have given her more energy. 10/10

Oh where should I start? I love this song. It's really cool. But I recommend that you wait for a special edition of this CD single.

"Piece of Me", the second single from Britney Spears' new album Blackout, follows "Gimme More" and is just as good, if not better than its counterpart.
The single, which details Spears' opinion of people's - and the paparazzi's - obsession with her and her life, is catchy and exciting, with an infectious chorus and snappy verses. The song is tinged with retro electronic beats and is a great dancefloor song.
One of the best singles from Blackout and one of the best singles of 2007, "Piece of Me" proves that Spears is back professionally, even if her personal life is still turbulent. This song shows Spears at her best, cheeky, mocking and loving her work.
