The Best CD I Have Ever Heard. Nov 15, 2003 Phantom Planet truely captures what true music should be like. Passionate, inspired, and meaningful. Inspired by the Beatles and other classic bands, Phantom Planet makes this incredible album worth every cent. I urge you to buy this album, you won't regret it. The flowing, catchy songs will be stuck in your head all day.

Redefining Awesome Jan 27, 2003 ... Phantom Planet is bringing back the true meaning of pop. This album is amazing. It is happy, upbeat and they rock it out hard. They are awesome on record and fourty times better live. Phantom Planet is an amazing band, both of their albums are amazing and if you do not have this cd, then buy it! Out with the crappy pop and in with the real pop.

before i die of silence: Dec 31, 2002 this cd is even GREATER than The Guest- its just an awesome CD- the sound is just amazing- i burned this cd a couple years ago and liked it but lost it- last march i bought the guest and remembered how much i loved this band so i bought the cd- it is one of the greatest cd's i've ever heard- the best songs are definitely "down on me","dying of silence", and "lisa (does it hurt you?)"- do whatever you can to get your hands on this cd- its worth it

Phantom Planet Is Missing: Review Apr 04, 2002 I think that the "Phantom Planet Is Mssing" CD is one of the greatest and possibly the most underrated albums of all time. Alex's smooth voice compliments the vibrant and rhythmic sound of the guitars and of Jason's thrashing drum beats. The music sounds like a mix between the Beatles and Weezer, if that is possible. It's the kind of album that when I listen to it, it brings back nostalgic memories of a certain period of time in my life. Phantom Planet is Missing has many more catchy lyrics and riffs than their newest album, "The Guest" which has been recieving acclaim from both MTV and radio. These two albums are very different and i'm still unsure as to why the Phantom Planet is Missing album wasn't nearly as successful as their newest album, "The Guest" has been. In conclusion, this talented young group can sure play music and are undoubtedly destined for stardom. Cheers, Jonah Garb
