3Panasonic cordless phone  Sep 06, 2008
Not as good as I thought they would be. Can't answer the speaker phone on the base. Not good quality voice on both ends.

This product has a little fuzz when talking even in the same room at the base station. Not the crystal clear sound advertised. It works well enough other then that.

We do not use our land phone much at all these days thanks to the cell phones. However, our old Sony cordless phone went so bad that even we put in a new battery, the conversation could not last more than half an hour before the battery needs to be recharged again. I bought this system for the price of maybe less than the price of 3, 4 battery. The sound is very clear, the battery last forever-we do not have to put the handset right back to charge for a week....We could not be happier.

I agree with others about the answering system-it does not tell you how many messages you have. We just turned it off and our Sony phone for the voice mail.

This is a very good set. I have been using this for almost an year and it is very good. No problems whatsoever. A reliable handset.

This was purchased as a replacement for an aging Sony 900Mhz phone we had downstairs. While I have not even come close to using all of this units capabilities; it works well, sounds good, and seems to have good battery life. Having a second handset is a nice feature as we keep it upstairs. My 5 year old son likes the talking caller id feature as he knows he is only allowed to answer the phone when mom or dad calls and runs to the phone to answer as the phone "announces" this (smile).
