Excellent Soundtrack Mar 27, 2009 I had already seen the movie so the soundtrack was everything I expected it to be. Love the music!
OTH needs a sequel!! Mar 03, 2009 This is a really SUPER CD. I was looking for a song from this cd ran across the Ben Folds original songs and while it/they are funny, it isn't kid appropriate unless they are 15 or older.
The cd has 13 great tracks!
1. Family Of Me - Ben Folds
2. RJ Enters The Cave - Rupert Gregson-Williams
3. The Family Awakes - Rupert Gregson-Williams
4. Heist - Ben Folds
5. Lost In The Supermarket - Ben Folds
6. Lets Call It Steve - Rupert Gregson-Williams
7. Hammy Time - Rupert Gregson-Williams
8. Still - Ben Folds
9. Play? - Rupert Gregson-Williams
10. Rockin' The Suburbs (Over The Hedge Version) - Ben Folds featuring William Shatner
11. The Inside Heist - Rupert Gregson-Williams
12. RJ Rescues His Family - Rupert Gregson-Williams
13. Still (Reprise) - Ben Folds
Want a great cd that has LOTS of funny, moving, superb songs? This is the one!
I only wish there was going to be a sequel to the Over the Hedge movie !
Great addition for a Ben Folds fan. Sep 02, 2008 I bought this CD strictly for the Ben Folds tracks. The CD only has about 5 tracks from Ben Folds, but each is well worth it.

Great Movie, Great Soundtrack, Great Album! Mar 02, 2007 This is a great album that not only fans of the movie or fans of Ben Folds but anyone that comes across it would enjoy. When watching the movie (which has an excellent package of features on DVD by the way) I just had to keep watching the credits as I realised Ben Folds has rewritten his great song Rockin' the Suburbs. From that moment I knew I had to obtain that song but that by no means is the only great song on this album. Lost in the Supermarket, Heist, Still and Family or Me are all sensational. The classical style musical scores by Rupert Gregson-Williams are also a pleasure to listen to and will bring back memories of scenes in the film every time they play.
My only criticism of the album is that it could have included a few sound bites from the movie like RJ's comments about humans as five/ten second tracks like a lot of other soundtracks, especially children's movie albums do. The album is still a must buy without the sound bites it just would have been even better if they were here as well.

Awesome Nov 24, 2006 The CD is great in that it fuses the rock music of Ben Folds with an exceptional musical score. Enjoyable listening.
