The seller shipped the item in a timely manner. The CD case had some cracks, but the CD was unharmed. The cracks may have occurred during shipping. I would highly recommend the CD and seller!

Why is this pabulum constantly on regular rock stations? The singer's overearnest bubblegum yodeling bring to mind more than anything a lively game of soggy biscuit. His masturbatory stylings over a bed of rehashed bruce springsteen cliches is so incredibly annoying! AHHH make him stop!

Honestly I've been listening to my safetysuit CD so much that I've only listened to the songs that I already knew by Kings of Leon on this album. I'm sure it's grea though.

Amazing album, almost any song could be a radio single.
Totally different to their debut but still great.
Cold desert is an amazing song.

Highlights on this album for me are: "Crawl", "Manhattan", and "Use Somebody" (pre-overkill on the radio).

I think this is a relatively solid album that got mixed in with a bunch of garbage, which is what took me so long to get to this one. There are some terrible songs on this album and there are some songs I never get tired of.

The distinction with this band is definitely the vocals. Very different, and in some cases, its what makes them awesome/suck. Some songs are perfect for his voice (i.e. Sex On Fire, Crawl) and some songs just make him sound like a dying animal. But that's just my taste I suppose. If you can get the album cheap, go for it. Otherwise, I would preview songs and buy them individually.
