 Great singer, great album Nov 08, 2009
I'm a huge fan of Christmas music, especially traditional carols. But I gotta say, I like the variety on this album. David Phelps can sing anything, and sing it well, and he doesn't disappoint here. Terrific, unusual, moving, makes it feel like Christmas.

The Best Christmas CD of All Time Jan 21, 2008
As someone who has over 100 Christmas CD's and whose XM Radio stays on the Holly Channel all year long, I can say without question, doubt, or reservation that "One Wintry Night" is THE greatest Christmas CD of all time. Aside from the incrdible vocal abilities of David Phelps, he has something that can't be 'trained". He and his music are annointed.

This is the best Christmas music collection I've heard so far. David Phelps knows how to use his voice at its maximun potential.

I am a long time fan of David Phelps. He has the most beautiful, powerful voice I've ever heard. His music is definitely a gift from GOD!
He hasn't received nearly the recognition he deserves. Give his music a listen and you'll be hooked.

David Phelps has another fabulous cd!!! The more I listen to it the more I like it! You need to listen to the words to really enjoy his new songs. The lyrics to the songs included with the cd is a great idea - it makes listening and learning the words so much better!! What a God-given gift to create such wonderful songs. The songs he writes very often talk about family which is what life is all about. I'm really looking forward to his Freeport, Illinois concert December 15, 2007 - it's going to ROCK!!!!
