Hooked on Diamond Rio Aug 05, 2009
Not much I can say beyond wow. I've been listening to this album for a few years along with Rascal Flatts - I love these harmonies, the voices and the heart behind them. Today, I'm buying every one of their albums - what can I say? I'm hooked on Diamond Rio.

If you appreciate awesome musical talent,tight harmonies,and superb songwriting,this is IT.Every song is a gem,not unlike the rest of their efforts.Absolutely must have for A D/R fan.

Diamond Rio proves with ONE MORE DAY why they are one of the best country groups that have ever graced country music. The harmonies are superb, the instrumentation is beautiful, and they have good ears for good songs. The album was initially slated to be released in 2000, but was delayed time and time again. The album's first single "Stuff", failed to catch on to listeners or radio. They repackaged the album and released it in early 2001, with the first single, the title track. This song became a huge hit, as it is a song that resonates with many listeners, such as myself. Everyone who has had a loved one who has passed on, knows what this song implies. For me it was one of my best friends who passed away, and all I would ever want is just one more day with him. It's a beautiful song. Another winner is "I'm Trying", a duet with Chely Wright, should have been a single. "I'm Already Gone" is a beautiful song as well. "Sweet Summer" is the perfect summer single. Other favorites of mine include "The Love of A Woman", "You Make Me Feel", "Til The Heartache's Gone" and "Hearts Against The Wind". Overall a stunning collection no fan should be without.

I would listen to the song "One More Day" in the radio and it always hit me. Finally, I found the artist and with no hesitation, i bought the CD. I have not heard the entire CD but I am willing to buy the CD itself because it has my favorite song "One More Day."I dedicate the song to Yury, whom I always want to be with one more day
