 I love the genuine and talent of these two artists Sep 28, 2008
I would highly recommend whoever love the movie to keep the music sound track too. The performance is genuine, passionate, and revealing. Even though this one is more expensive than the other version, but this version contains the two bonus sounds which I also enjoy a lot:
14. And the Healing Has Begun
15. Into the Mystic
And it has the DVD features some episodes of their performance in real live and in shooting this film. It's true art living a real life among real people.
It's worth it.

Can't get enough Jul 08, 2008
I saw the movie "Once" in the afternoon. The minute it was over I was heading to the record store for the sound track. It is amazing. I cannot get enough of Glen Hansard, Marketa Irglova and now the Frames. The music is beautiful, the lyrics telling, the melody compelling. Like I said I cannot get enough.

I bought this CD after hearing a few short clips of some of the songs, and am sooooooo glad I did! One of the BEST soundtracks of the year, hands down.

There is a reason they won the Oscar for this one....the entire album is fantastic. Well worth buying.

Music As Good As The Movie Apr 23, 2008
If you enjoyed the movie, you'll definitely enjoy the soundtrack. Thanks to this soundtrack, I can enjoy my favorite songs from the movie wherever, whenever. I bought the special edition of the soundtrack, that comes with an extra DVD that has the story of the making of Once, and a couple of live performances. It's definitely a perfect compliment to the movie.
