 Great American CD Mar 05, 2009
I purchased six of these CD's when it came out to show my support for the Dixie Chicks and gave them as gifts. It's emotionally packed with great lyrics and music and you can hear these women sing from deep within their hearts. It's artists like this that can be said to be heros. Look how they managed to turn adversity into a triumph. The real shame is the price they had to pay... they found out fast who their real friends were. In hind sight, they proved to be on point-
A catastrophic unending war, Guantanamo, Torture, Abu Ghraib, Kangaroo Courts, Waterboarding, Black Sites, Extraordinary Rendition, Halliburton, No-Bid Contracts, Cronyism, Recess Appointments, Warrantless Wiretapping, Fired US Attorneys, Plamegate, Katrina, Doubling our National debt, Denying Global warming, failed National oversight, leaving our nation's financial world in ruins. Yup, Natalie's words were sadly right on target.

 Not Ready to make nice - Dixie Chicks Nov 24, 2008
I assumed this was a complete album, but to my suprise it was a two song CD (one done twice). I had purchased two, one for our daughter and one for us. When I received the two CD's and found that there were only three songs on the CD, I sent them back for credit, and Amazon charged 25% restocking fee.
This will be my last transaction from Amazon. There are too many other places to buy music, DVD's and such.

I returned this product because it was 3 songs of the CD. I paid $13 and thought I was getting the entire CD. Gave it a 2 star because I was able to return the product hassle-free.

Hello out there peoples!! If you want true and talented sister acts then check out the Mandrel sisters, because they are the real deal, not these spice girl clones!

This song says it all..musically and lyrically..one of their best yet.
They deserve to sing this song loud and proud, and they do!
Brava..I hope they continue to make great music, AND stand up for what they believe. They are strong amazing women, and our country is lucky to have women like this!
