Where did this come form! Dec 05, 2009 I have always respected JP for their part in R&R. However, I have only bought one album of theirs prior to NOSTRADAMUS. Judas Priest's NOSTRADAMUS is truely an art. If Michael Angelo was a Rocking-Head-Banger, then he would have done this album!
Great Effort! Aug 11, 2009 The Deluxe version of the album is great and the band sounds as good as ever.
I was surprised however, missing from the Deluxe Edition is a group photo. It would have been nice to include the band photo in the Deluxe album, as they did in the audio CD none Deluxe version. Still, a very nice concept album from Judas Priest.
An Epic (Fantasy Style) Metal Masterpiece Jul 01, 2009 Judas Priest has really outdone themselves with this two disc epic. I'm reminded of epic tales of old and the haunting melodies of soundtracks like "Labryinth" or even "The Princess Bride." This isn't the metal of "AC/DC" or "Black Sabbath." Instead, this is a much slower paced more thoughtful metal in the vein of "Symphony X" "Dream Theater" and 'David Bowie."
I highly recommend this album.

Masterpiece Jan 01, 2009 My first listen and I can easily see this is a masterpiece, easily Priest's best since Painkiller. Personally I think it far surpasses that album. If you can't appreciate the scope of this album, then chances are you have been lobotomised of have had a serious head injury.

Judas Priest in a different way Dec 20, 2008 You have to listen for a couple of times to get used to this album. It still sounds like Priest, but it's totaly different then al the previous albums. It takes guts to make an album like this. But as a big Judas Priest fan, I hope the next album will be full of metal again.
