 Expectation is 9/10ths of the flaw Aug 22, 2010
The problem with curiosity, especially the curiosity that is generated by a good book, is that it often leads to disappointment.
Malcolm Gladwell's book 'Blink' - talks as length about Kenna's story, and how his music, due to it's inability to be neatly packaged, has not found a niche, despite 'experts' and 'industry insiders' raving over it.
Unfortunately to my mind, this created an expectation that was never going to be fulfilled.
The album is Ok - but not one that I would've bought naturally.
My tastes are wide,and varied but with Kenna, I failed to connect.
Nonetheless I am sure that there are many with whom his music will resonate.

Kenna has a unique style, this is a must have for anyone who likes a variety of music.

Kenna is an amazing artist and his music is break-through. Difficult to classify and for this it receives little radio air time, and thus Kenna remains not well known, but he's worth discovering.
Awesome album, but track names out of order? Oct 02, 2009
I really love this album, but I was listening to it again today and noticed that the lyrics in the songs weren't fitting the titles. Starting at the track "Better Control"(it's actually "Red Man"), the titles after the track you're listening to are the real titles of the song. I think it's some sort of print error, it's pretty weird, but explains why there are 13 tracks on the CD and not 14 like Amazon.com says there are.

People slept on Kenna for so long that he finally gets to pay his dues. After being the VH!You here it first artist of 2003, he has taken over. The PSP commericial was only the beginning so was his performance on the Xgames and Live Earth. He is touring this year and I finally get to see him. I am sooo happy.
