Excellent resource to go with the book...Love yourself, heal your life. I highly recommend this workbook to help really understand what she is trying to teach you.

This a a very good workbook for combating low self-esteem issues and negative self-talk. While having the book is useful, it is not a requirement to get a lot out of this workbook.

IF YOU WANT TO WORK ON YOURSELF, THEN DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DEFINITELY INVEST IN THIS BOOK!! i have been clean/sober for over 22 years, so i have a lot of experience in "looking within" and "working on me". that said, i have to say that this is probably one of the better books that i have had the pleasure of "working" with! Louise Hay is a true GIFT to others and she has been BLESSED with the ability to share ways THAT WORK to help us take an HONEST, HARD, DEEP look within and find the answers to questions that may have been haunting you for many years... this book will not only answer the questions that you have, but it will give you answers to questions that you did not even know that you had!! this book is very "simple and direct", but at the same, extremely DEEP in where it can take you! if you want to learn "TRUTHS", and be free of all the garbage that you have been carrying, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting this book!! it is VERY EASY to read and follow. Louise goes through each chapter covering a different "area" that you may need help in, and then she follows each one with extensive "legwork" spelled right out for you in plain "step by step" suggestions! i could not say enough positive things about this workbook! i would give this 10 stars if i could!!

Great place to start for beginners that are new to the power of positive thinking---and those who understand the power behind it, but are looking for help in incorporating it into your everyday life! Just follow along and watch the wonderful results! Loved it! I have bought several for gifts along with Louise Hays 'Heal Your Body' and 'You Can Heal Your Life'.

I own BeverlyHillsHypnosis.com and I ask the clients that I see in person to buy this book, along with, "You Can Heal Your Life!" It is a wonderful resource and I have seen it work miracles in many peoples lives.
