Fabulous performqance! Oct 22, 2009 Steve and Eric performed in a band called Blind Faith in the 60s. This performance includes numbers from that band as well as songs from their solo careers. I wish I could have been there to see this concert in person! Fantastic! It makes you want to get up and dance...
Good Music Oct 20, 2009 Lot of great songs but not thrilled with all of it. Good quality sound.
Eric and Steve At Their Best Oct 11, 2009 This video has excellent video and audio quality and is well directed and produced. Eric and Steve perform not only incredible Blind Faith tunes, but they also include excellent picks from their own treasure chests of past greats. If you felt that Blind Faith had a magic quality in the past, then you will be happy to see the return of this same musical magic again today.
two great musicians Oct 03, 2009 Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood, are a pair made in heaven. Thier voices, harmony and music are impecible. They are a great team together. I hope they do more live entertainment together again and again.

Good Idea Falls Flat. Sep 30, 2009 Color me VERY disappointed.
I'm of the same generation as Clapton and Winwood, was born and raised abroad, and was there for The Spencer Davis Group, Yardbirds, Traffic, John Mayall, etc.
Couldn't wait for my Blu-Ray to arrive but when it did my excitement ended. I have no quarrel with the playlist but I have never seen Clapton look so bored and the overall total lack of excitement was almost tangible. I have to agree with reviewer Anthonious - No chemistry, no spontaneity. These guys were just going through the motions. If it wasn't for the interviews I would have given 1 star.
Don't accuse me of nit-picking when I criticize the sound quality. It is awful !! I am not a fanatic with a high end system who listens to the system and not the music, ready to pounce on any imperfection. Other than the very obvious distortion there is no dynamic range whatsoever - soft passages and loud passages all come through at the same level. Please also understand that I and others buy Blu-Ray for the picture AND the sound quality.
Let me add my name to those recommending Jeff Beck at Ronnie Scotts. Clapton fans, if you don't already own Eric Clapton - Live in Hyde Park get it now. But be warned, if you loved the Clapton/Winwood disk, viewing these two will make you see things differently.
