That's all I gotta say is right on. Nov 18, 2005 If you've haven't had the pleasure of seeing Incubus' live show in person or on their DVDs, then this is for you. A 19 track live set full of energy, passion, and even comedy. From the energetic, pulse-pounding opening of Megalomaniac to the dreaminess of Here In My Room, Incubus grabs you and doesn't let go until the final seconds of Pardon Me. Brandon and the gang really show that they've grown a lot since Morning View was released, both musically and as people in general. They explore their sound to the extremes at times, from a 6 and a half minute drum solo to the glorious job Kilmore does sampling for the intro to A Certain Shade Of Green. Incubus is as driven a band as I have ever seen, and they make some of the most memorable rock music you're likely to hear.
Fans clap, chanting their favorite band's name over and over, 'Incubus! Incubus!', slowly a static arises, a commotion begins in the crowd as the static grows louder and louder until finally the opening guitars to Megalomaniac begin to play. While the crowd goes nuts the song kicks in and the whole band is running solely on adrenaline. This is the vaguest description of an Incubus concert you can get, and by listening to this, you can imagine everything as if you were there, right in the middle of this frantic crowd.
These bootlegs Incubus released to support their charity accurately capture the energy and passion that goes into each and every show Incubus plays. Brandon's voice is immaculate and the rest of the band plays the brand of music they've perfected over the years. Each song, whether they switched things up or not, is played perfectly and doesn't sound rushed at all. The banter in between songs only goes to show at how much Incubus loves their fans. They are truly a fan's band. The set list plays as a 'Best Of' without playing all of their hits. Each song played is a favorite of mine so I have absolutely no need to skip any track. The inclusion of the unreleased Pantomime was worth the price alone. How that song got cut from A Crow... I'll never know, but there is no doubt that it's sure to go down as a classic with any fan. So whether you're an Incubus fan or not, I'm sure you'll be able to see the beauty in their live performances.

I love it, but don't buy it here! Oct 05, 2004 Please do not purchase any of the Live Incubus Bootlegs from Amazon. You can purchase them at www.incubusbootlegs.com for about $12 and not only do you get a quality product, the money goes to The Make Yourself Foundation that Incubus started. It is a very worthwhile charity. You can visit their charity website at www.makeyourselffoundation.org

It's Incubus, it gets 5 stars Aug 19, 2004 Please do not let yourself be conned into buying this album from here. You can get it from the enjoyincubus website for MUCH cheaper, and support them directly at the same time. All proceeds go to the Make Yourself Foundation.

incredible album! Jul 07, 2004 this is the first album released in a series of live albums based on incubus' recent world tour.incubus is releasing these albums as a fundraising effort for their charity, the Make Yourself Foundation. this is the first release in the series, so while it's fantastic, it isn't INCREDIBLY groundbreaking, just quite groundbreaking. although during Vitamin, the drummer Jose and the bassist Ben each have a drum set and the singer plays Djembe (an African drum) and play an ASTOUNDING rhythm breakdown that is absolutely jawbreaking. there is also a great improv breakdown in a certain shade of green beware of other people selling this album though, it is sold on the incubusbootleg web site for ten dollars, and all profit goes to the Make Yourself Foundation, anyone else selling it has purchased it from them, and marked it up for their own profit! to me that just sounds HIGHLY unethical! this album is absolutely fantastic, my only problem with it is that the mix very occasionally sounds a little flat, but such is the limitations of recording live, I suppose please, PLEASE buy it from the incubus bootlegs website, and I HIGHTLY recommend you buy it!
