Highly inferior cover of the original Sep 27, 2005 Heard this on the radio. The beautiful Southern California folk-rock feel of the original by Stevie Nicks is completely lost. Instead, this version has a sterile, country-bumpkin vibe. Awful! Get the original by Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac instead.

Beautiful Cover of Fleetwood Mac Classic Jun 30, 2003 Produced by music superstar Sheryl Crow, "Landslide" by the Dixie Chicks is simply a beautiful cover of a classic Fleetwood Mac classic. On this maxi-single, two covers of the song (the country & pop versions) are included, and regardless if your're not a fan of country music, the song is definitely a crossover hit that has allowed the Dixie Chicks to become a much more recognizable household name. Despite the negative backlash that the group has received for their public opinions of contemporary events going in our world, this should not be a reason for anyone not to buy this single. If you enjoy the harmonious music of Jewel, than this single is for you.

SMOOTH AND CREATIVE!!! Jun 16, 2003 I love this single! It sounds so great, and holds it's own with the origonal recorded by Stevie Nicks.

Always a Dixie Chicks Fan............. Apr 05, 2003 This is an awesome remake of Stevie Nick's song. I think it's one of the best songs that she has ever written. However, when the Dixie Chicks put their perfectly blended harmonies to it, the song becomes so full. Plus, the blue grass instruments make it sound so great! You won't be disappointed.

Mudslide Mar 21, 2003 Natalie Maines' voice ruins the music. She sounds like stones dropping into a mud puddle. Loud and filthy.
