Pop Flavor Wipes Out Great Country Voice Feb 07, 2010 Kellie's got a great country music voice, but this album has too many pop music arrangements. Her talent shines on "Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You" and "Don't You Know You're Beautiful", but the rest of the songs are below average. They sound more like pop than country, and the music drowns out Kellie's excellent voice on many tracks. I don't know what the producers were thinking.
I like it Jan 08, 2010 When I first opened up the CD it had a huge mark on it. Amazon was great about replacing it. I received the new CD and I really like it. I would recommend this CD.

The First Album Was Better... Nov 10, 2009 I loved the first album, it was refreshing to me because it helped me gain at least a little bit of confidence in modern country. I enjoyed every song on the first album and could not wait to get a hold of the second. So I finally got my hands on the CD and popped it in. The first song is lyrically ok, but I was put off by the music. The CD went quickly downhill and stayed down. There was nothing country about anything in this album--even the slight 2 seconds of steel guitar I heard in one song didn't add enough to the music to be called country. Her accent seemed like it was drowned out, the music was poppy and flat at best. The lyrics were lame and made me feel embarrassed for her. The remake of "Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You" turned an otherwise decent country song into a too fast and lame pop song. I was disappointed with every song and disappointed with the whole album, especially because the first was great and my expectations for her were high. This album was a failure, don't waste your time with it and/or lose respect for someone I thought had a great potential career in country music.
Kellie Picker Sep 13, 2009 It was okay. I just didn't have any of hers. I do like her, but this album was just okay. Not the greatest.

WTF! Sep 02, 2009 Kellie Pickler's song Best Days of Your Life is the most pathetic "country" song I have ever heard. I remember this girl from American Idol and I thought she can't sing a note and I still feel that way. She has not improved and her personality is an insult, when is it ok to act like a dumba@#. I can't believe how popular she has become! I am really worried America has lost their marbles! Kellie Pickler, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, and that annoying chick from Sugarland are a slap in the face to the country artist who have paved the way and paid their dues. Don't buy this junk!
