Excellent concert DVD for you Israel Vibration fans out there... Dec 21, 2007 Good sound quality and video quality as well; excellent mix of IV songs (although I really wanted to see "Rudeboy Shufflin'" on here). "Vultures" is amazing, and I love the dub version in the middle of the song - just like their performance on the Reggae on the River dvd (same year, you'll notice). Tight band, great show. Definitely worth the money.

My all time fave reggae band May 13, 2007 I'm going to keep this short:

Sound 7
Israel Vibration & Roots Radics still rock. I've seen them about 5 times here in Amsterdam, Paradiso and once at Two 77 Splash! Festival. Hope they come back again soon.
This dvd is okay. What I miss is a real 5.1 or DTS track, that would have been really great. Guess the guys aren't that rich to effort such audio equipment ;-) And of course Apple Gabriel, the former 3rd member of IV.
Anyway, it's above average, still nice to hear The Same Song, Red Eyes and all the other songs. Get it fast(er than me ;-) if you're a fan, wait for a good deal if you're not.
Atrocious video quality Feb 15, 2007 the audio (when played on normal stereo mode) is quite crisp.
on the whole this DVD is not worth it.
IV-- Roots on DVD Mar 19, 2006 Isreal Vibration, post Apple Gabriel, (get over it already) foundation members, Skelly (Cecil Spence) and Wiss (Lacelle Bulgin)have continued to forge in this time with some new and some old music, yet still holding on to their distinct brand of Roots and harmonies with the ever so blindin timing of the Roots Radics band. This DVD captures the performance in France, as well as behind the scenes footage of their lives and rehearsals. It shows two men who have spent a great deal of their lives having survived many obstacles, and most poignantly Polio, as both men perform their music all over the world on their signatured crutches. You have a great deal of respect for them more after watching the DVD, as it appears they both have reached a level of stability in this hard and rough reggae business. The quality of sound is excellent and you will surely feel the vibes of the performance. The only annoying part of the DVD is the various scenes to watch and when they end, it goes back to the menu abruptly, the scenes should seam through. But overall a solid buy!
