Beautiful Christmas CD From Beginning to End Oct 29, 2009 Although I love Brian McKnight's voice, I was less than impressed with his first Christmas CD, so I hesitated to purchase his newest release. I shouldn't have waited -- it is everything I hoped it would be -- a winner from beginning to end. Backed by his solid band, the CD is consistent in quality and his voice has never sounded better. His duet with Josh Groban simply soars with both voices magically intertwining in a simply beautiful merger. You've got to have substantial chops to keep up with Groban, and McKnight does. His duet with Vince Gill is another highlight of the CD along with his collaboration with Take 6. There isn't a clunker in the bunch -- this is a CD that I will play again and again.
Excellent cd May 25, 2009 This is one the best christmas iv heard from 2008. Id rush out & buy this cd you,ll be glad you did.
Wonderful Jan 14, 2009 This CD is wonderful, just as his others. You will not be disappointed, not only will you enjoy the voice of Brian McKnight, but his two sons also. I highly recommend this CD.

I would not go to this home for Christmas. Jan 06, 2009 When will singers learn that some classic songs cannot be song by anyone? I was very disappointed with the purchase of my first Brian McKnight CD. He attempts to sing the Nat King Cole classic, The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On an Open Fire)and it is just awful. The rest of the tunes range from good to adequate. During the holidays, I would fast forward to the second song because I could not bear to him try to sing this classic song in a "supposed" upbeat tempo. Nat King Cole set the standard over 60 years ago. There are no male singers today (Luther V. is singing in the heavenly choir)who can come close to Cole's or Vandross' excellence. I will be reluctant in the future to purchase another McKnight CD.

Gratest Holiday Album Ever! Jan 04, 2009 I've been a Brian McKnight fan since I was a teenager, and I would have to say that this is his best holiday album yet! My favorite song on the album is Angels We Have Heard on High: with Josh Groban. It seems like everytime he goes into the studio he goes in as himself, and he always leaves his fans wondering, "What Next!"
