Great Book! Oct 14, 2009 I loved her other SBC books and this one definitely lived up to my expectations.
as addictive as chocolate Aug 29, 2009 i first picked up this book for my kindle on accident but once i read the first page i was hooked not on just this book but the entire series its as addictive as chocolate once you start reading you just cant stop . harley is sort of a manly man who has more than met his match in all ways in anastasia who also happens to be the lady who owns the cabin harley rents every winter as a place to recoup after quite a few setbacks in his "SBC" fighting career. all in all if you like manly men kick butt female characters and ufc fighting your will love this and every other book in this series
An okay read, more like a 3.5 Jul 10, 2009 I didn't have to fight to finish this book, but it definitely lagged in places. The addition of a secondary romance (that was given too much page time), may have contributed to the lag. Foster is hit or miss for me, but I enjoyed Simon Says much better, and the short story/anthologies I've read by her are excellent. This one just didn't have enough tension or sizzle. If I could, I would round it up to a 3.5 because I didn't struggle to finish it, but it was definitely "put-down-able" in some places, so I'll leave it at a 3.
Good effort. May 11, 2009 This was a good third book in this series. I would haved liked to see a bit more of the story line dedicated soley to the main charecters, however, all of the storylines blended seamlessly.
Give us more of the SBC Apr 05, 2009 I love Lori Foster's books. The SBC series is great. The setting was totally wild but the plot was great. All the steamy romance and lust. Can't wait for the next book in this series.
