 Disappointing Nov 04, 2009
Would be a good book if written by someone who knew what they were talking about. Instead of retelling and parroting things that have been said and written by others for the past 100 years. Sorry but you won't learn anything here that you don't know already by watching TV.

If you've ever had any paranormal experiences yourself, this is a good book to read. I am a fan of the Ghost Hunter show because as a teenager, I was visited by a full body apparition. It was also seen by my brother and a neighbor. So I know these things are very real and it is refreshing to watch and to read about the paranormal investigations performed by TAPS. They try to rule out any normal causes for what people believe are hauntings, and their goal is to make sure people understand what is happening and to counsel them on how to deal with any real haunting. This book tells how TAPS was started and some of Jason and Grant's favorite cases are written along with their thoughts on what they experienced. I enjoyed the book very much. There is a section of photos in the middle of the book that is interesting too.

I can't wait til Wednesday nights to watch the show. If it's on for five hours straight, I'll watch it or DVR it.

loved the stories in this book, there were several I had not even seen aired on tv, but loved them!Will probably read it several more times!!!

I'm a HUGE fan of this show I watch it every Wednesday and when it's on hiatus I watch GHI (which is ok but not as good as the original I love my boys Jason, Grant and Steve!) I was so excited to see that they had a book written and another coming out Sept 29th! I loved all the stories, some you saw on TV, others you did not. I loved every story they all gave me goosebumps...Especially the story about the little girl and the grandmother. If you love scary stuff pick this book up you'll be very pleased!!
