Not a Departure of Sound! Jun 11, 2009 I'm tired of people saying this is a departure of the Finger Eleven sound from Greyest of Blue Skies. While this may be true, I think you're all forgetting the most important fact: Greyest of Blue Skies, though a simply amazing album, was a large departure from Tip! How can it be said that they changed there sound now and not when Skies came out?? I think this album deserves as much praise as possible. This album is outstanding. This self-titled album was an honest effort. The song writing and song structure is top-notch making this album feel like the next best step in their own direction. This is still 100% Finger Eleven. This album is as true to them as anything else they've done excluding the new one which I don't count. This album is just as good as Tip and Skies and should be treated as such. Every album goes in a slightly different direction (again, excluding the new one which does have a few good songs but...) and Finger Eleven should be appreciated for that.
pretty darn good May 19, 2009 well this product was actually in perfect condition I would definitely recommend other people to purchase from this one.

Big LEt DOWn Feb 03, 2008 THis cd is crap. if you have heard the last album Greyest of blue skies, then you no what i am talking about. This cd has about 3 maybe 4 songs. The last cd was amazing almost like COld and Staind feel. But if you were expecting that then for worn not going to get it. This album, i have no clue why, but has become a maintstream album, or a one hit wonder. If you wnat the ebst of the former band called rainbow butt monkey's get their 2000 release greyest of blue skies
Jeff's review Jan 07, 2008 I like a thew songs by this band , I bought this CD mostly for a song that is featured on the burn out 3 game "Stay in Shadow " , I also enjoy the song " One Thing" , I don't regret buying this CD, I soon found the whole CD is pretty good.
Buy it !

Very solid album May 07, 2006 This album is definitely slower and more radio-friendly than Greyest of Blue Skies but by no means is it an inferior product, nor is it derivative or bland. They haven't sold out to create this sound, the guitars are at the standard and creativity we've come to expect and in particular the first five tracks are very enjoyable. The only reason I gave this album 4 stars is that the last half of the album drags somewhat.
