Laura Pausini delivers, touches and convinces, whether in Spanish or her native Italian. Escucha (Spanish is my first language) is, in my opinion, a perfect album; nary a weak song. The thing about Laura is how intense her singing is, almost vehement. She conveys such feelings that each song becomes an intimate revelation, almost poetic in nature. Laura has a cathartic effect on me, something to thank her about. Do I have to say that I love her? I didn't think so.

Laura es una gran voz, como saben todos los que la han escuchado. Este más que un disco es un mensaje. El material es muy completo, tiene canciones hermosas, románticas, dulces; con mensajes muy profundos. Musicalmente para mi es el mejor disco de Laura hasta ahora, y es fácil de los mejores discos de pop en español de los últimos tiempos.
Definitivamente un gran disco!

Yeah so as you've seen this album has been rated fairly well I must agree completely with all the good posts. The CD is a different Pausini, but still a very good one. Her first song draws you and the rest of the tracks stand on their own. I am especially fond of the odd number ones La Perspectiva de Mi and Escucha Atento are great and so are the rest. Really you must buy this album, if not for the melody, then for Pausini's voice which is amazing and strong! Awesome album I've been listening to it nonstop.

This album is a very good work, especially the first six songs. The track I like best is "Viveme", a wonderful ballad. "Escucha Atento" is an uptempo, with great energy. "Tu nombre en mayusculas" is a slower number with a hounting tune. "Como si no nos hubiesemos amado" is also a very nice song. The only thing I don't like too much on the album is the final track, with mixes spanish with english lines, I think this wonderful tune could have enterely spanish lirycs, but it's a minor flaw. Buy this album, you won't regret.

I am really liking Laura's style here on this CD! I originally bought the cd because I kept hearing "como so no nos hubieramos amado" in the radio. But now sometimes I will skip over it trying to get faster to "tan importante."
Her voice is as light yet powerful as ever. My favorite tracks are "Mi Perspectiva" "Escucha Atento" "Bendecida Pasion" "Tan Importante" and especially "Amar Completamente", which seems that every word could have been written for me. I relate so well to many of the songs on this album on different levels, and the emotion and sincerity of the words - even knowing they are adaptations - are very fluid and touching. I only wish I understood Italian so I could hear how they originally were meant to be.
