 Got on my nerves after awhile Feb 08, 2009
Loved the video of them in concert, but without the visuals this music gets on your nerves after awhile. IN rotation with other genres it serves as a refreshing break, but listening the whole thing in a row could be considered Chinese Torture.

This is another great CD by the Twelve Girls Band. This one leans very much towards the "New Age" style. Some of it is quite beautiful, especially the slower numers such as "Liu San Jie" and especially "Only Time" by Enya. The only really lousy selection is "New Classicism". It sounds like one of those awful "Hooked on Classics" disco records from the 1970s.

I love 12 Girls Band and have all of their CD's which I listen to while driving. I love their music!!!!!

I just like the "12 Girls". Have two albums so far, but more will be added to my collection.

The sounds produced from the instruments on this album are exotic to my American ears but are none the less enjoyable. Would have like to see less western "music" and more original eastern style "music". The DVD, containing concert footage, was a nice bonus too!
