The Live album is indeed worth the full album price Nov 23, 2009 I agree with the other reviewers, the live album is worth the full ticket price. I cannot seem to stop listening to it.
Help Him Draw The Line Nov 03, 2009 This album is like a jackdaw, scratching at your windowpane. Actually it's much more than that. It is another really good album by David Gray. There are only 2 sub-par songs on the album, and those are offset by some really outstanding songs (Jackdaw, Kathleen, Nemesis).
Sure, it is hard to compare this album to colossuses like Flesh and A Century Ends - but let the album stand on its own. The strength of the new material comes through - and it does stand on its own because of the great songs that I mentioned above. With recent good songs like The World to Me and Destroyer, and now this new album, David continues to make great music. He continues to be "walking so tall" and finding "new horizons!"

Good, but not as good as his prior work... Nov 02, 2009 I'm a big fan of David Gray and I was a little disappointed with this album. His past albums have been very consistent and great.
However, this album will not deter me from continuing to purchase his future albums!
draw the line gray Oct 27, 2009 New cd is excellent in white ladder style. The live bonus cd is typical of live cd's. The packaging is excellent with the lyrics & artistic designs. An overall good value because of the quality & quantity (2 cd's for the price of one!)
Takes more than one listen. Oct 26, 2009 I have to admit, when I first put on this album, I had fears of New Day At Midnight all over again. I am a fan of David Gray, even playing his music at my wedding, but was disappointed by most of the songs on New Day. I feared this was part two...at first. What kept me listening to this was not only my respect for his song writing and thinking I was missing something, but these great bass lines that, let's face it, Mr. Gray is not known for. The more I kept going back and checking out album, the more I started to uncover. I love how an artist can reinvent themselves without straying to far from who they are. If you are a fan, give it time. You have to unpack this album because it is not just some mindless pop album. This is one of those albums you must hear about 100 times to really get it. Worth checking out!
