I like this song! Jan 26, 2008 This song to me really isn't as bad as a lot of people say it is. This isn't her best song but it isn't her worst. This single is actually the only single worth getting. The other versions of the 'Do It Well' single have her songs from her spanish album. That is not what a single should have, it should only contain songs from that single. This single features:
Side A:
1. Do It Well (Album Version)
2. Do It Well (A Capella)
Side B:
1. Do It Well (featuring Ludacris)
2. Do It Well (Instrumental)
For those of you that don't know this is the LP Record version of the single and not a CD audio single.

This isn't doing so well... Dec 06, 2007 It's difficult to cheer on a woman who demands things at her events only dignitaries even dare ask for.
If this song represents what her "New" sound for 2007 might be, I say go back to 1999 and listen to "Waiting For Tonight," and then you might hear SOME melody, but this new song of hers? It's being used for commercials for digital cable or soemthing like that - and the album, one month after debuting, has yet to crack the 500,000 mark!
She apparently has lost touch with any fans she might have had, and since her yes-men and -women are licking her ear and keeping her out of touch with the ground, we get stuck listening to the same bland, tasteless cookie-cutter generic disco-lite songs like this.
I feel bad for her because she once had promise.
Now all she is is a tabloid joke, she has taken the word DIVA and wrapped around her like a cape, and has made her lack of talent and mediocrity fashionable for singers for years to come.
No wonder the listening public fall back on music from 10 years ago - at least they had HEART, something Miss Lopez and her ilk are SORELY lacking.
All we get is drek, and filler, and a feeling of being taken for a sad ride - all with no seatbelts.
Boo.
So-So Nov 26, 2007 This was a complete waste of money and time. Jennifer has done better as I have brought other albums and can attest to that. She needs to come stronger next time.

Doesn't Do Well Oct 23, 2007 When it comes to credibilty these days, a lot of acts don't seem to have it from the heart. Whether it is Britney Spears, or Young Hollywood, the music industry foesn't have what it used to. Jennifer Lopez is one of those acts as well, and that is well shown after her latest single, Do It Well, the first single from her 6th album, Brave. The song doesn't feel like it is fresh or invigorant, as she could've made it. The song feels more like the beat she had from her earlier records. It is upbeat, but not actually anything exciting to listen to. I was really hoping after her previous disssapointments, she could change her feeling, but that hasn't worked at all.
