Great soundtrack! Nov 17, 2009 I got this mostly for "House that Love Built" but I really enjoyed hearing the other full songs from the movie as well. The only thing I don't like is that most tracks have bits from the movie before the actual song starts, and I hate when cd's add those in.
Great Road tunes Sep 12, 2009 Being male I suppose it natural I just think Selma is the hottest and finest female actor in Hollywood EVER! Having said that I suppose I have seen "Desperado" several times. Just a couple of weeks ago I viewed it again, this time the music really caught my ear so I decided to buy the soundtrack. I drive a great deal and often long distance. The sound track to Desperado has become a fav of mine on these long trips. I'd suggest it to the "Over 40 crowd". Truly some amazing tunes on that CD. ENJOY!!!
Inspiring Aug 11, 2009 I have not heard some of the artist's (on this CD) music for years and it really satisfied me remembering the amazing artists like 'Dire Straits', 'Los Lobos' and 'Tito & Tarantula'. I could listen to this CD all night thanks to the Album Artist Robert Rodriguez.
Desparado Sep 07, 2008 Excellent vintage rock and roll with some brooding blues tracks. Some numbers are done with a slightly different tempo than on the artist's CD - with a better effect - in my view.
worthy soundtrack Apr 28, 2008 The soundtrack to Desperado not only compliments the movie flawlessly, but it also sound just fine by itself. While keeping with its Mexican theme, it offers a good mix of fast, slow, and moderate tunes. I can push play and not feel the need to skip around to specific songs. Well worth it.
