From beginning to end this story is heart recking. Dawn and Seth have suffered "mating heat" for 10 years!
10 years ago Seth left Dawn in order to protect her, thinking he would not be able to be gentle. Now, Dawn no longer a shy girl but a strong a woman is not willing to lose what is hers. No obstacles or fears will be able to separate Dawn and Seth.
I just loved this story. Great action, mystery, betrayal and very HOT scenes. Wonderful ending leaving the reader yearning to fine out who that mysterious man/breed falling for Cassie is and how her over protective father will handle the situation.

This is the breed book I got into most and it will always be my most beloved.

I have read all of Lora Leigh's books and this one did not disappoint. I enjoyed reading about Dawn and Seth. Plus, I can't wait for Cassie's story. Dash is hot too!!
 A little Disappointing Mar 04, 2009
Disappointing not what I have come to expect from Lora Leigh. I have all of her Breeds books and I could not wait for this one to come out. Unfortunately there where times I was just a little confused about what exactly was going on. I felt like I must have missed something in the reading.
This book is a Lora Leigh book so there is sex and it is good, but do not get this book if you expect the erotic sex scenes to be similar to Tanners Scheme.

Excellent! This book blew me away. I read it in one sitting. I have read all of the Breeds up to this one, I have to say, Dawn and Seth our favorites. This is truly a well written love story. If you have not read any of the previous "Breeds," you should. My favorites in order are; Dawn's Awakening, In a Wolf's Embrace (in Beyond the Dark anthology), Mercury's War, and Tempting the Beast. I'm off now to begin reading "A Jaguar's Kiss (book #15)". I love this series, I truly loved reading the last 14 books of this series, and I hope there is more to come!
